Consulting in Education, Child Rights, Sports for Development and Organizational Change

Experience

I am Talia Kaufman and I have worked in public health education and sports for development since 2007. I have developed a versatile skill set that spans strategic planning, curriculum and training design, and group facilitation. Work with me to build effective training plans to grow your team’s capacity, create innovative curriculum, or to develop a strategic plan or theory of change for your organization.

I am adaptable and culturally versatile, with experience living and working on four continents. I work with empathy and am almost always able to find common ground and a path forward among differing perspectives.

After three years of independent consulting, in 2024 I expanded and registered the limited liability company, KSB Placemaking, in Alberta, Canada, with co-founders Rory Burke, Mbalikayise Mthethwa and Felix Spowage.
